Project Quality Assurance Manager

Mission Tasks:

4. Coordinates the preparation of the Project Quality Plans, Quality Control Plans and Project Quality Procedures which guarantee compliance with contractual requirements and ISO Standards.

6. Coordinates the Project Document management and control activities. coordination and supervision of activities relative to the collation of the “Project Record Books”;
7. Performs Quality Induction activities within the various area of the Project.
8. Plans internal and external Project Auditing activities, verify by scheduled audit that the established quality system is being implemented and maintained
9. Reports to the relevant Operating Company Quality Manager all the data required by the Corporate/Company QMS.
10. Assesses the suitability of vendors and sub-contractors for individual projects.
11. Interfaces with responsible for inspection and control activities (for materials and relevant suppliers).
12. Coordinates and supervise all the Quality Control activities (mainly regarding RHM and Subcontractor activities).
13. Assesses the Quality Control Plans of sub-contractors and identify any necessary corrective measures.
14. Monitors, supports the engineering roles, the collection of "As built" data for projects.
15. Defines Project Quality System.
16. Provides to the project personnel necessary quality training.
17. Assign QA related tasks to CONTRACTOR’s QA personnel and coordinates project quality personnel activity.
18. Supports Project Manager in preparation of monthly report.
19. Provides periodical analysis of project date (NCs-Non Conformity, complaints and lesson learnt). And determining with Project Manager where improvements are required and where necessary, recommending corrective action.
20. Monitors adequate close out of NCs- Non Conformity and events.
21. Ensures contract review and project close out are adequately performed.
22. Initiates and promotes all necessary corrective actions for any failure identified within Project Quality System.

Quality Assurance Manager (ARAMCO Approval Requirement):

Shall have demonstrated knowledge and training in ISO-9001 international standard, or equivalent. He shall be able to exercise judgment against the criteria of the standards. He shall have a university degree or equivalent with a minimum of ten (10) years of direct experience in Quality Assurance system activities of which five (5) years must be in managing quality systems relating to the Contract Scope of WORK (e.g.; oil, gas and petrochemical projects, Infrastructure, communication).

Project Engineering Manager (PEM)

The PEM manages and supervises the sub-contractor’s engineering activities, ensuring that the fixed schedule cost and quality objectives are achieved.

Candidate Requirement:

Candidates should be BSC Engineering Degree with a minimum of 7 years experience in a Consultancy organization dealing with Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Refinery, Oil & Gas or industrial environment experience.
Should have experience in a Design Office. Conversant with International Codes and Standards and capable of independently handling Front End Engineering Design and Detailed Engineering Design projects. He should be proficient in using design engineering software such as STAAD PRO etc.
